Custom Orders

Custom Orders

If you're planning a wedding, a backyard gathering, or just want to arrange your own flowers, our bulk bloom buckets are the most direct way to work with what we grow. No florist markup, no imports, no flowers that have been sitting in cold storage for two weeks. Just stems cut here, in central Alberta, and handed off to you.

We take custom orders throughout the season for off-schedule pickup or on-farm by arrangement.

What to expect

Our shop carries three bucket types at fixed sizes and prices, which work well for most orders. If you have a specific event, a particular colour palette, or a stem count that doesn't fit a standard listing, reach out and we'll work something out. We're a small operation and we'd rather have a short conversation than have you guess at what you need.

What helps us prepare your order well

When you get in touch, the more of this you can tell us the better:

Your event date, so we can plan the cut timing. Flowers for a Saturday wedding should ideally be picked up Thursday or Friday, giving them a day to open and settle in water before they're arranged.

Your colour palette. We grow in a fairly wide range and can often pull toward a specific direction, but we work with what's at peak that week rather than forcing varieties that aren't ready.

Your general vision. A mixed seasonal assortment, a single-variety focus, heavy on foliage and texture, or mostly focal flowers. Any of these is workable, it just helps to know.

How many arrangements you're making. If you're not sure how many buckets you need, tell us what you're filling and we'll advise. As a rough guide, our 60-stem Grower's Choice bucket typically fills four to six medium centrepiece arrangements or eight to ten bud vases.

A note on variety availability

Our season in Zone 3 follows its own timeline and we don't work around it. Peonies are ready in late June and gone by mid-July. Dahlias run from August through first frost. Zinnias, snapdragons, and our mixed support flowers bridge the gap through summer.

If a variety you're hoping for isn't at peak on your pickup date, we'll let you know ahead of time and suggest what we have that's ready. We won't send you home with flowers that aren't at their best.
