FAQ
Ordering & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently offer local delivery to Lacombe, Blackfalds, and Red Deer for a delivery fee of $10.00
What are your delivery days and times?
We deliver on Wednesday evenings between 4pm and 8pm. Orders placed by Monday at 5pm will be delivered on the next available delivery day. Any orders placed after the cutoff will be for the following week.
Can I pick up my flowers from the farm?
We are not currently offering farm pick up, please choose a delivery option or pick-up option for the weekly meet-up at a central location in Lacombe.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Because we harvest our flowers fresh to order, we generally require 48 hours' notice. However, you can send us a message through our Contact page and we will respond asap.
Flower Care & Quality
How do I care for my fresh-cut flowers?
To maximize vase life: Trim stems at a 45-degree angle, place in cool water immediately, and keep out of direct sunlight or drafts. Change the water every 2 days. (Pro tip: Clean your vase with soap first!) Check our blog for tips and tricks.
How long should my flowers last?
Depending on the variety, our farm-fresh flowers typically last 5–10 days. Some varieties like [Zinnias/Lilies] last longer, while delicate blooms like [Sweet Peas] have a shorter, sweeter window.
Do you use pesticides on your flowers?
We prioritize sustainable practices. [Describe your method: e.g., "We are 'Pollinator Friendly' and use organic growing methods whenever possible to protect our local bees and butterflies."]
Misc.
Do you offer a Bouquet Subscription (CSA)?
We are not offering a subscription service for the 2026 season, but this is something we are considering for the future as our peony, lily, and dahlia inventory grows and matures. If this is something you would like to see us offer please let us know via email or our socials and we can keep it mind for planning our 2027 season. We love hearing feedback from our fellow flower lovers.
Do you do flowers for weddings or events?
We offer "DIY Flower Buckets" for couples who want to do their own arranging, as well as an "A La Carte" menu for small events. For full-service floral design, please contact us [Link to Contact Form] to check availability.
What is a "Grower's Choice" bouquet?
This means we select the absolute best, most beautiful stems blooming in the field the morning of your order. While we can't guarantee specific colors, we guarantee it will be fresh and seasonal.
Do you offer a u-pick?
We are not currently offering u-pick.
Policies & Account
What is your refund policy?
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. However, if your flowers arrive damaged or do not meet our quality standards, please email a photo to us within 24 hours so we can make it right.
What happens if the recipient isn't home for delivery?
If no one is home, we will leave the flowers in a shaded, safe spot. We recommend leaving a bucket of water out if it's a particularly hot day. We are not responsible for flowers left unattended for long periods.
How do I cancel or skip a week?
You can manage your subscription through your Shopify account portal. Please make any changes at least 3 days before your scheduled delivery.
What happens to unclaimed bouquets on pick-up day?
Due to the perishable nature of fresh cut flowers any unclaimed bouquets will be donated to an organization of our choice such as local care homes, hospitals or non-profits. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more details.
